Empty order queue when you expect orders? Walk through these checks in order.
1. Check the filter
The most common cause. Look at the top of the orders page — there is a chip showing the active filter (e.g., "Status: Shipped"). If the filter is set to a status that excludes new orders, the queue will look empty.
Click the X on the chip or hit "Clear filters" to reset.
2. Check the date range
The orders page defaults to "last 30 days". If your last order was 35 days ago, the page will look empty. Open the date picker and expand the range.
3. Check the audience scope
If you have multiple workspaces or multiple roles (clinic + vendor), check the workspace switcher in the top-left. The queue you are looking at might be the wrong workspace.
4. Check the search box
If there is text in the search box from a previous session, it is filtering. Clear it.
5. Refresh
If none of the above explains it, hit the browser refresh. Order data is cached for 60 seconds in the dashboard for performance — a stale cache can sometimes show empty after a long idle.
6. If the orders truly are not there
If you have confirmed orders should be there but they are not — say a client told you they placed an order — message your operator with:
- The order number (from the client's email confirmation)
- The expected timeframe
- A screenshot of your queue
Your operator can see the same orders from the admin side and will diagnose within a business day. Usually it is a webhook delivery hiccup that we replay manually.
