Stuck at the sign-in screen? Here are the options in order of speed.
Password sign-in
Use the email and password you chose when you created the account.
If the password is not working, use the reset flow from the sign-in screen.
Password reset
Customer accounts and clinic dashboard accounts both use password auth. If you forgot yours, start a reset from the relevant sign-in screen.
Wrong email entirely
If you do not remember which email you used, run through the emails you might have used at signup. If your reset goes through, that was the right one.
Account on a different clinic
Each clinic has its own customer accounts. If you bought from Clinic A and are trying to sign in to Clinic B's storefront, your account does not exist there. You need to create a new account on Clinic B.
Last resort
If none of the above works, tap the help link in the storefront footer and send a message. Include the email you remember using and one detail that would help confirm you are you (recent order date, last four digits of card on file). The clinic team will sort it within a business day.
Why no SMS option?
We do not send sign-in codes by SMS because SMS is the most easily intercepted channel. Magic links via email are more secure for everyone involved.
