Privacy Policy

When you visit a storefront hosted on Platform Health, we collect the information you give us — name, email, shipping address, phone — plus a small amount of technical context (IP address, user-agent, cart cookie, consent cookie). When you place an order, the merchant of record stores your purchase history.

• Fulfilling and shipping the orders you place.
• Sending order, shipping, and account email.
• Fraud and risk scoring on checkout.
• Analytics — only if you’ve accepted analytics cookies.
• Compliance recordkeeping (age verification, telehealth + Rx consents, intake history).

We use cookies for cart state, authentication, the age-verification and telehealth/Rx consents, and (with consent) analytics. The bottom-of-page cookie banner is your gate — choose “Essential only” to disable analytics cookies, or “Accept all” to enable them. You can revoke consent at any time by deleting the relevant cookie.

We share your information with the merchant of record (the storefront you bought from), the payment processor (Stripe), and shipping carriers as needed to fulfill your order. We do not sell personal information.

If you are in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with comparable rights:

• You may request access to the personal data we hold.
• You may request correction or deletion.
• You may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data.
• You may withdraw consent for analytics or marketing.

Order records are retained for 7 years to satisfy tax and regulatory requirements. Marketing contact records are retained until you unsubscribe. Compliance acknowledgements (age, telehealth + Rx consents, HIPAA notice) and client intake history are retained for the life of the account plus 7 years per state board of pharmacy dispensing-record rules.
