Reviews help other clients decide whether a product is right for them. Here is how the review flow works.
When you get the prompt
About 14 days after a product is delivered, we email you a one-click review prompt for that product. The email has a 1-5 star picker right inside it — you do not have to log in to leave the rating. Optional comment box for if you want to say more.
For subscriptions, we only ask for a review on the first delivery, not every reorder.
What happens after you submit
Your review goes through a quick moderation step. The team checks for two things only:
- That the review is from a verified buyer (not someone fishing for a competitor)
- That the review does not contain personal medical information that would expose you
If both check out, your review goes live within 24 hours, attached to the product page.
Editing or deleting
If you want to change or delete a review you left, open Account → Reviews in your account on the clinic's storefront. Every review you have left is listed. Edit or delete is one tap.
Negative reviews
We publish negative reviews. The clinic cannot suppress them. The only thing the clinic can do is leave a public reply to a negative review — same as on Google reviews. If you got a negative review treatment that should not have happened, the clinic should respond, not hide.
What if my review never appeared?
If you submitted a review and it did not appear within 48 hours, message support. Either it was caught in moderation for a fixable reason, or the email confirmation did not register your submission. Either way, support can sort it.
