How fast does my order ship?

Ship times by product type, what tracking looks like, and what to do if something is delayed.

Most orders ship within two business days of being placed. Here is how to know exactly when yours will move.

Standard products

Anything in stock at the warehouse — supplements, devices, consumables — ships within two business days. You will get a tracking email the moment your label is created, and the order page in your account updates with a live carrier link.

Standard delivery is typically two to five business days from ship, depending on where you live.

Compounded products

If your order includes a compounded medication, the timeline is a bit different. The pharmacy has up to five business days to compound the order before it ships. So total time from order to delivery is usually seven to ten business days.

You will see a "Compounding now" status on the order page during this window. The shipping notification fires when the package leaves the pharmacy.

Cold-chain products

A small number of products require refrigerated shipping. These ship Monday through Wednesday only, so the package does not sit in a warehouse over a weekend. If you order on a Thursday, the order will ship the following Monday.

When something looks slow

Open the order page. The status timeline shows every step — placed, accepted, prepared, shipped, in transit, delivered. If a step has been "in progress" for longer than expected, you will see an orange flag with a one-line explanation.

If you do not see an explanation and the order is past the typical window, send a message via the help page on your clinic's storefront. The team will look it up and reply within a business day, usually faster.
