You can ship orders anywhere you have a valid address — home, work, family member, vacation rental.
Adding addresses
Open Account → Addresses. Add as many addresses as you want and label them ("Home", "Work", "Mom's house"). At checkout, you pick which one to ship to.
Changing the address on an existing order
If your order has not shipped yet, open the order page and hit "Change address". You can switch to any saved address or type a new one. The change is instant.
If the order has already shipped, the carrier may be able to redirect it. Open the order page — if redirect is available, the option will appear. If not, your best bet is to wait for delivery and then re-ship. The team can issue a return label for the original.
Subscription default address
Each subscription has its own default address, which can be different from your account default. Open the subscription, hit "Edit shipping address", and pick the one you want. Future shipments use the new default until you change it again.
International addresses
International shipping availability depends on the clinic and the product. The address dropdown will show only the countries currently available. If your country is not listed, message the clinic — they may be able to add it for your order specifically.
