Once your order ships, your tracking number is in three places.
1. The shipping email
We send a "Your order has shipped" email at the moment the carrier scans your label. The tracking number is in the email, with a clickable link straight to the carrier's tracking page.
If you have not gotten this email and your order page shows shipped, check spam.
2. The order page
Open Account → Orders, find the order, and tap it. The tracking number is in the order header. Tap it to open the carrier page.
3. The shipping notification on the storefront
If you have notifications turned on for the storefront (browser notifications), you got a push at the moment of ship with the tracking number embedded.
Order shipped a week ago and still not here?
Tap the tracking link. If it shows in transit but stalled, message the clinic — they can file a carrier investigation. If it shows delivered but you do not have it, ask anyone in your household if they signed for it, then check porches and lockboxes. If nothing turns up, message the clinic and they will file a claim.
