Terms of Use

Acceptance of terms

By accessing a Platform Health hosted storefront you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of a state we are licensed to ship into, and willing to provide accurate medical-history information in the client intake form. Service availability is checked at checkout — orders shipping to states where the dispensing pharmacy is not licensed cannot be fulfilled.

Telehealth + prescription disclosures

Prescription products are dispensed by a licensed partner pharmacy after a US-licensed clinician reviews your intake. Clinician availability and prescribing decisions are at the clinician’s sole discretion; submission of an intake is not a guarantee of prescription. The telehealth service is not a substitute for in-person care and does not handle medical emergencies — for urgent concerns, call 911 or your local emergency line.

Acceptable use

  • No resale to consumers or unqualified third parties.
  • No human or animal administration.
  • No misrepresentation of client status.
  • No automated scraping or load testing without consent.

Orders and payment

Orders are between you and the merchant of record (the storefront you’re buying from). Platform Health provides the platform and payment routing; the merchant is responsible for fulfillment, returns, and product warranties. Stripe handles card processing.

Disclaimer of warranties

The platform and the materials are provided “as is” without warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platform Health and its merchants disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of compliance gates.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the federal or state courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
