What happens in your first week as a vendor

How vendors are onboarded, how your catalog gets in front of clinics, and when the first orders show up.

Vendors get onboarded in parallel to clinics. Here is what to expect.

Day 1 — verification

We confirm the basics: business license, insurance, and the regulatory paperwork relevant to what you sell. You upload these in the Compliance section of your dashboard. Most vendors finish this in under an hour.

Day 2-3 — catalog upload

Send us your catalog in any format. We accept CSV, Excel, JSON, or just a spreadsheet shared from Google Drive. Your operator runs it through our normalizer and gets the products into the marketplace.

If you sell something that needs special handling (cold chain, controlled, age-restricted), flag it during this step. We have purpose-built fields for those products.

Day 4 — pricing logic

You decide how to price for the clinics that buy from you:

  • Flat list price — same price for everyone
  • Tiered pricing — based on volume per clinic per month
  • Per-clinic price lists — custom pricing for specific clinics you have a relationship with

You can run all three in parallel. Most vendors start with flat list and add per-clinic later.

Day 5 — payment setup

You connect your Stripe account so we can pay you out. Payouts run on a Net-30 schedule by default — orders shipped between the first and the end of a month land in your account on the 25th of the following month. Faster terms are available if you have a track record.

Day 6-7 — first orders

Clinics start seeing your products in the marketplace. You will get a notification on the first order, and an email summary every morning of orders placed the previous day. Fulfillment SLAs vary by category — for most products it is two business days from order to shipped.

Vendors who pre-load 50 or more SKUs in week one get traction much faster than vendors who upload 5 and "see how it goes". The marketplace surfaces depth.
