You can pause, skip, or change your subscription anytime from your account. None of these need a phone call or a support ticket.
Pause until a date
Open Account → Subscriptions, find the active subscription, and hit "Pause". You will pick a return date — that is when your subscription wakes back up and resumes charging. Pause can be set anywhere from one week to twelve months out.
While paused, your subscription does not charge or ship. You can change the return date or unpause at any time.
Skip the next shipment
If you just need to skip one upcoming charge — going on vacation, have extra on hand — hit "Skip next shipment" instead. Your subscription stays active and resumes on the following scheduled date.
Change cadence
Want to switch from every four weeks to every six weeks? Tap the cadence row on the subscription and pick a new interval. The change takes effect on the next charge.
Cancel completely
The cancel button is at the bottom of the subscription page. We will ask why — answers help the clinic improve — but you can skip the question and confirm. Cancellation is immediate and cannot be charged again unless you re-subscribe.
What about charges already in motion?
If a charge has already processed (you got the receipt email), it is too late to skip that one. The next charge after that, you can.
If your order has already shipped, you cannot stop it in transit. But you can return it under the clinic's standard return policy — message support and they will send a label.
